ak365 Banking — Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Records

This page covers every money movement available on your ak365 account: topping up your wallet, requesting a payout, verifying your identity and reading your transaction history. Your deposit options sit inside the Cashier tab once you log in — FPX online banking, Boost e-wallet and Bank Transfer are the three rails we have set up for Malaysia. Withdrawals follow a short verification path in the same Cashier tab, and your completed records appear in Transaction History the moment a payment clears. If you are here for the first time, start with the deposit section below to see which local method fits how you bank, then check the withdrawal steps before you make your first top-up so you know exactly how funds come back to you. Account verification is a one-time step that unlocks the full payout flow — the KYC section explains what to prepare.

FUND YOUR WALLET

Topping Up Your ak365 Account

Funding your account starts in the Cashier tab — tap it from the main navigation after you log in and the deposit screen opens straight away. We support three local payment rails for Malaysia: FPX pulls directly from your online banking session at any major Malaysian bank, Boost links your e-wallet balance for a scan-and-confirm flow, and Bank Transfer lets you move funds from your bank app with the reference code we generate. Each method shows the current minimum and maximum for that session on screen before you confirm — check those fields rather than relying on a fixed figure, because limits can shift. Once payment is confirmed on your bank or wallet side, the amount appears in your ak365 balance. If the balance has not updated after a few minutes, use the Check Status button on the deposit page or contact our support team with your transaction reference.

  • Log In and Open Cashier

Tap the Cashier tab from the top navigation bar after signing in. The deposit screen loads with your available payment methods listed.

  • Choose Your Payment Rail

Select FPX for direct bank debit, Boost to pay from your e-wallet, or Bank Transfer if you prefer to push funds manually from your banking app.

  • Enter the Amount and Confirm

Key in the amount within the min-max range shown on screen. Complete the authentication step on your bank or Boost app when prompted.

  • Balance Updates in Your Account

Your ak365 wallet balance reflects the deposit once the payment clears. A reference number appears in Transaction History for your records.

PAYOUT REQUEST STEPS

Requesting a Withdrawal From ak365

Withdrawals are handled in the same Cashier tab as deposits — scroll to the Withdraw section and the payout form opens. You will need to select which method you want funds returned to: the account or wallet you used to deposit is the path we verify most quickly, so linking your Bank Transfer or Boost details early saves time when you are ready to cash out. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then complete the identity confirmation step the form asks for — this is a standard security check tied to your account, not a separate application. Once submitted, the request moves to a processing queue and you can track its status under Transaction History. We do not publish fixed payout timelines because bank and e-wallet clearing times vary; the status labels in your history will show Pending, Processing or Completed so you can see exactly where your request stands at any point.

  • Open the Withdraw Tab in Cashier

Log in, tap Cashier, then select Withdraw. The form shows your verified payout methods and the current withdrawal range.

  • Select Your Payout Method

Choose the Bank Transfer account or Boost wallet registered to your name. Payouts go only to verified accounts matching your ak365 profile.

  • Enter the Amount and Submit

Type the amount within the displayed range and complete any on-screen security confirmation. Submit the request to add it to the queue.

  • Track Status in Transaction History

Check Transaction History for live status updates: Pending means received, Processing means in the clearing flow, Completed means funds have left ak365.

Verifying Your ak365 Account Identity
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Verifying Your ak365 Account Identity

Account verification is a one-time process that confirms the person on the account matches the payment methods attached to it. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — MyKad is the standard document for Malaysian account holders — and in some cases a recent proof of address. Upload clear images through the Verification section in your account settings; blurry or cropped images are the most common cause of delays, so take a moment to check the files before you submit. Verification protects your withdrawal path: without it, payout requests are held at the queue stage until the check clears. Once approved, the status in your profile changes to Verified and your full withdrawal limit becomes active. The process is there to protect your funds and your account — it ensures nobody else can withdraw to a mismatched account.

  • Open Verification in Account Settings

Navigate to Account Settings after login and select the Verification tab. The page lists the documents currently required for your account tier.

  • Upload Your Government ID

Submit a clear photo of your MyKad or passport. Both sides may be required. Make sure all four corners are visible and the text is sharp.

  • Await Confirmation

Verification status updates in your profile once our team reviews the documents. You will receive an in-account notification when the check is complete.

  • Verified Status Unlocks Full Withdrawals

Once your profile shows Verified, withdrawal requests process through the full payout flow without the holding step applied to unverified accounts.

LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS

Payment Options Available on ak365

We have configured three local payment rails for Malaysia accounts. Each one connects directly to the banking and wallet infrastructure Malaysians already use day to day, keeping the account-to-wallet path short and familiar.

  • FPX Online Banking

Direct debit from your Malaysian bank account via the FPX network. Supported across major local banks.

  • Boost e-Wallet

Top up or withdraw using your Boost balance. Scan or confirm in the Boost app to complete the transaction.

  • Bank Transfer

Manual transfer from your bank app using the reference code generated on the deposit screen. Suitable for any local bank account.

  • DuitNow

Send funds via DuitNow using your registered account number or ID. Available where your bank supports DuitNow outgoing transfers.

TRANSACTION HISTORY

Matching Your Wallet Record to Your ak365 Account

Every payment that touches your ak365 account generates a reference entry in Transaction History. When you make a deposit, the reference number on your bank statement or Boost transaction detail should match the reference shown in your ak365 record — this is the first thing to check if a payment looks unclear on either side. Status labels tell you where a transaction stands at any moment, and keeping a screenshot of your wallet receipt until the ak365 record shows Completed is a straightforward habit that resolves most support queries quickly.

  • Reference Number Match

Every deposit and withdrawal carries a unique reference generated by ak365. Match this to the reference on your FPX receipt, Boost history or bank statement to confirm both sides recorded the same transaction.

  • Status Labels Explained

Pending: ak365 received the request. Processing: the payment is moving through the bank or wallet clearing flow. Completed: funds have settled on both sides and the balance reflects the final amount.

  • Transaction History Location

Open Transaction History from your account menu after login. Filter by date or type to find a specific entry. Each row shows the method, amount, reference and current status.

  • Evidence to Keep

Save your bank or Boost confirmation until the ak365 record reads Completed. If you need to contact support, share the reference number and a screenshot of the wallet receipt — those two items let us trace any transaction.

How ak365 Protects Your Account and Transactions
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How ak365 Protects Your Account and Transactions

Security on your ak365 account runs across several layers — from the domain you connect through to the wallet you withdraw to. Knowing where each layer sits helps you use the account with confidence and gives you a clear path if something looks wrong.

  • Check the Domain Before You Log In

Always access your account at ak365. Bookmark the address and open it directly rather than following links in messages. A correct domain is the first check before entering any credentials or payment details.

  • Identity Verification Ties Your Account to You

The KYC verification step links your account to a confirmed identity document. This means withdrawal requests can only be processed to accounts and wallets that match your verified profile, blocking unauthorised payout attempts.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmed Before Payouts

We verify that the bank account or e-wallet receiving your withdrawal belongs to the same person as the ak365 account. This check runs on every new payout method added to your profile.

  • Support Available for Security Queries

If you see a transaction you do not recognise or suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team directly through the Help section in your account. Include your reference number so the team can pull the relevant record immediately.

COMMON BANKING QUESTIONS

Banking Questions on ak365

Answers to the questions we hear most often about deposits, withdrawals and account verification on ak365.

Which deposit methods are available on ak365 for Malaysia?

Your deposit options are FPX online banking, Boost e-wallet and Bank Transfer. DuitNow is also available where your bank supports outgoing DuitNow transfers. All four appear in the Cashier tab after you log in.

What is the minimum deposit amount on ak365?

The minimum for each method is shown on the deposit screen at the time you transact. We do not publish a fixed figure here because amounts can be adjusted; always check the on-screen range before confirming.

How do I complete account verification and why is it required?

Go to Account Settings, open the Verification tab, and upload a clear photo of your MyKad or passport. Verification confirms your identity matches your payment methods and is required before your full withdrawal limit becomes active.

What should I do if my deposit does not appear in my balance?

Wait a few minutes for bank clearing, then tap Check Status on the deposit page. If the balance still has not updated, contact support with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of your bank or Boost receipt.

How long does a withdrawal take to reach my bank or wallet?

Withdrawal timing depends on your bank or e-wallet clearing schedule, which varies. Track the request in Transaction History — status moves from Pending to Processing to Completed as the payment progresses through clearing.

Can I withdraw to a different bank account than the one I deposited from?

Withdrawals go only to a verified account or wallet that matches your ak365 profile. To add a new payout method, go to your account settings and submit the new details for verification before requesting a payout.
